What data we collect and why

When you complete the contact form on this website, we collect your name and email address. We collect this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, to send you the Alfrey Burnout Index and occasional updates about courses, workshops, and resources offered by LA Psychoeducation.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not collect payment information.

We collect your data on the legal basis of your freely given consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

How we store and use your data

Your name and email address are stored securely in Google Workspace Sheets, accessible only to Dr Lisa Alfrey. Google Workspace processes data under Google's Data Processing Amendment in compliance with applicable data protection law. Data is stored within European servers. Google LLC acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. If you unsubscribe or request deletion of your data, we will remove your information from our systems within 30 days.

Your rights under Swiss data protection law

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, to withdraw your consent to communications at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at fdpic.ch.
